Supervisors are in the field 24 hours per-day and 7 days per-week
Securitech believes in the highest level of supervision for its employee’s. Patrol supervisors are available to assist officers with any and all occurrences, day or night. Continuous field supervision occurs during all shifts. Supervisors are able to respond to most any location in usually 15 minutes or less. Clients can rest assured that the most important decisions regarding their properties security will be made by trained and certified supervisors.

Securitech’s ownership and management team believe in providing each and every valued client with a direct hand’s on approach. This ensures that the quality of service being provided at each and every client location exceeds expectations. Each and every valued client has access to our management team 24 hours per-day and 7 days per-week to discuss any security related concern or question that may arise.

Securitech is a licensed California PPO 14085 (Private Patrol Operator)
Securitech is licensed in the state of California by the Department of Consumer Affairs – Bureau of Security And Investigative Services to provide security guard and patrol services. The principals involved in the company have passed an extensive state background screening and comprehensive written examination regarding laws, procedures, and ethics in the operation of a security company.
Securitech is licensed by local cities
Securitech operates in several different cities in California. Each city has it’s own regulations and requirements in order to operate a security company. Securitech meets all laws and licensing regulations in each individual city in which it operates.
Our liability insurance exceeds state limits
Securitech is liability insured for up to $10,000,000 in the unlikely event of negligence or malpractice by our employees or company. Furthermore, Securitech has a comprehensive “umbrella policy” which provides additional coverage to our General Liability, Worker’s Compensation, and Automobile insurance policies. Securitech believes in and provides a comprehensive employee training program to limit and eliminate and undue liability or claims.
Our workman’s compensation insurance Exceeds state limits
Securitech has a full workman’s compensation insurance policy to protect our employees from injuries that may arise while in the scope of their duties. Securitech believes in providing a safe workplace for each and every employee. We have instituted several workplace educational programs to help reduce the risk of injury to our employees.

Securitech is a member of the California Association of Licensed Security Agencies, Guards, and Associates (CALSAGA). Securitech respects and abides by all rules and bylaws set by the organization for the betterment of the security industry within California.
GPS tracking of the entire Securitech patrol fleet
Securitech utilizes a comprehensive GPS fleet tracking system through Cloudberry Inc. This system ensures that supervisors and managers are aware of the location of each and every patrol vehicle in the Securitech fleet. The Cloudberry system provides exact locations, direction of travel, speed, and loitering reports. By utilizing GPS technology Securitech ensures optimal performance of its patrol officers. Furthermore, GPS fleet tracking helps reduce unsafe driving practices by our staff.
Videx / Guard Tour / Patrol Tracking System
Securitech utilizes Videx guard tour tracking systems. This system ensures that security officers are making proper patrols of the client property at the scheduled intervals. Offices scan i-butons and our office downloads productivity reports to ensure proper patrols. A detailed printed report can be provided to any client upon request.
